- The navigation functionalities enable to toggle between one item and another (for instance, the incident and the affected
CI) without loosing the initial data (the incident). How is this achieved? Octopus enables to view and modify several records simultaneously.
- Data editing may be performed directly within a view. For example, in the "My incidents" view, for the selected incident,
it is possible to input a new resolution activity without having to open the incident's form, thus saving you precious time.
