Service contract form
This form enables to view or to modify the information
pertaining to a service contract.
Upper
section of the Service contract form
NOTE: To add a type, use the Reference data
management tool. In the arborescence, under <General>, <Service
contract types>, right-click on <Service contract types> and press
“Add”.
Lower
section of the Service contract form
The lower section of the Service contract form
contains:
- The Description tab:
enables to add
a description to the service contract.
- The Supported CI tab:
enables to view
the CIs covered by a service contract or to associate new CIs to it.
- The Attached files tab:
enables to attach a
file relating to a service contract.
