Service contract management

 

The application enables to manage the information specific to a service contract. The service contract is linked to the supported CIs. It is possible to attach a scanned version of the contract to the service contract.

The system also ensures that there is only one service contract for a given CI.

 

To create a service contract, you can do one of the following actions:

 

 

 

 

 

 

By associating the CIs to service contracts:

 

 

 

 

  1. By means of an information bubble

 

 

  1. By means of a small symbol located next to the “CI” tab of the Incident’s form.
