Service contract management
The application enables to manage the information
specific to a service contract. The service contract is linked to the supported
CIs. It is possible to attach a scanned version of
the contract to the service contract.
The system also ensures that there is only one service
contract for a given CI.
To create a service contract, you can do one of the
following actions:
- Use the “Create service contract” action located in the left side
menu of the supplier management module.

- Use the green “+” button located under the “Service contracts” tab
of the Supplier’s form.

By associating the CIs to
service contracts:
- The CI form will display the service contract’s information;

- The system will notify you in two ways when you create an incident
concerning a CI which is covered by a service contract.
- By means of an information bubble

- By means of a small symbol located next to the “CI” tab of the
Incident’s form.
