Notification of service/lease contract expiry

The system can notify you in advance when a contract comes to term.

To activate the notification of contract expiry functionality, use the notification preferences management form.

Open the “Notification” action located in the left side menu of the user management module.

To define how much time in advance you want to be notified, use the options management form (menu “Tools > Options > Notification”).

You may also edit the default message by clicking on the Message button.
