Lease contract management
The application enables to manage the information
specific to a lease contract. The lease contract will be linked to the leased CIs
it involves. It is possible to attach a scanned version of the lease contract.
The system also ensures that there will be only a
single contract effective for a given CI.
To create a lease contract, you may do one of the
following actions:
- Use the “Create lease contract” action located in the left side
menu of the supplier management module;
- Use the green “+” button under the “Lease contracts” tab of the Supplier’s
form.
By linking CIs to their respective lease contracts, a CI’s
form will display the lease contract information under the “Purchase and
rental” tab.
