Attach a file

 

The Service contract form’s “Attached files” tab enables to attach one or several files.

 

The attached files will be stored on your network. 

Before attaching a file, you must specify the location of the network directory.

Use the “Options” form accessible via the “Tools” menu.

 

 

·         There are 2 possible ways to attach a file:

 

1.       You may click the green “+” button and then select the file;

2.       You may drag and drop the file onto the white box containing the attached files.

 

·         To open the attached file, double-click on it. It will be opened by the application corresponding to its file type.

 

·         To delete the file, select it and press you keyboard’s “Delete” key.
