Data
mining
You may display the sub-graph (i.e., when there are
subcategories or departments) or display the list of incidents/SRs underlying a
column by double-clicking it.
For example, in the graph 3 above (Number of incidents
per department), if you double-click on the yellow column of the “DSI”
department, the following sub-graph will be displayed, with the incidents
classified according to the “DSI” sub-department.

If you double-click the “red” column” of the “Emergency
unit” sub-department, the list of late incidents belonging to this subcategory
will be displayed.

Moreover, by right-clicking
on a graph, you be given two options:

Filters
Several filters are available in order to display more
precise information.
According to the type of graph, it is possible to
filter the data by year, month, priority and category.
With the “Category” filter, you can specify which
categories and subcategories you want.

Navigating
and printing graphs
By means of the
icon, you may navigate from a sub-graph to the
previous graph.
When you display a graph having no sub-graph, this
icon will bring you back to the “Statistics” module where you may select
another graph to view.
Printing a graph can be performed by clicking on the
icon.
This icon displays the printing window where it is
possible to set the different titles and subtitles in order to specify the
information pertaining to a given graph.
For instance, in the event of a meeting with the
technical agents, a manager could print the graph of incidents with a priority
1 per department for 2006.
