Reports module |
The following reports are available:
Incident views
The
application’s various incident/SR lists may be printed.
To print a
list, press “Ctrl-P”.
A “Printing
format” window will be displayed and you will need to select one of the three
(3) following options:

CI views
The
application’s various CI views may be printed.
To print a list,
press “Ctrl-P”.
A “Printing
format” window will be displayed and you will need to select one of two (2)
following options:

The
Incident report displays, on a single page, all information pertaining to an
incident.
To print
the report, press on the button with the printer icon in the Incident form.
Incident report
in digest mode
This report enables to obtain the detailed list of
all incidents and service requests (SRs).
To print this report, press “Ctrl-P” and select
“Digest mode”.
The CI
report displays, on a single page, all information pertaining to a CI.
To print
the report, press on the button with the printer icon in the CI form.
RFC report
The RFC
report displays, on a single page, all information pertaining to a RFC.
To print
the report, press on the button with the printer icon on the right side in the
RFC form.
Problem report
The Problem
report displays, on a single page, all information pertaining to a Problem.
To print
the report, press on the button with the printer icon on the right side in the
Problem form.
Statistics on the progress of the number of incidents
This
summary presents the progress of the number of incidents and of change requests
over various time periods.
The
statistics page can be accessed via the menu “Tools > Statistics”.
Summary
of activities by site
This
report enables to obtain for each site the detailed list of all incidents and SRs closed over a given period of time.
This
enables to know exactly how much support time has been provided to each site.
You may produce this report on a monthly basis in order to help better manage
your resources.
This
report may be accessed via the “Reports” module’s left side menu.
Indicators
performance report
This
report displays for a selected period of time, key performance indicators (KPI)
related to Incident requests.
The
report gives, among other indicators, the number and the percentage of incidents :

Per priority
·
Per category
·
Per request
source
·
Per technician
Many
other indicators are calculated in that report.
