l1 It is not possible to remove the “1 – Urgent”, “2 – High” and “3 – Normal” priorities.

l2 It is not possible to remove the “Retired”, “In stock” and “Under repair” statuses.

l3 Sites may be added here but not rooms. Add the room directly via the site and room selection form, in the drop-down list of rooms contained within.

·         The English and French descriptions of all items of all lists are modifiable.

·         To add an item to a list, select the list, right-click on it and select “Add”.

·         To delete an item from a list, select the item, right-click on it and select “Delete”.

·         The categories by CI type are accessible from the “Types” list contained within the CI branch.

Reference data merging

Using the “Merge…” button, it is possible to merge two (2) pieces of reference data into a single one.

This can be useful for instance in the case where drop-lists would need to be updated or restructured in a different manner.

In the above and below illustrations, the item “Call to user” will be deleted.

All incidents having a “Call to user” resolution activity type will henceforth display a “Phone call made to the user” resolution activity type as shown here:

The impact of this modification is important given that all previous incidents/SRs will be modified.
