Problem management module

 

The problem management module enables to prevent and to remedy recurring problems.

 

Problem management entails the study of the infrastructure and of the available data in order to identify the causes of the errors which have or will affect the delivery of services. Once the root cause has been identified, the problem then becomes a known error. A process of change may then be initiated in order to permanently resolve the problem or it could be decided that a workaround solution will be sufficient.
