User form
The user form enables to view and modify a user’s
detailed information.
Upper
section of the User form
- When a user must connect to several workstations (as temporary or
contractual employee, as intern or even as technical agent), the WMI
inspection will associate the user to all workstations where he/she logged
in. If the “mobile user”
box is checked in the user form, there will be no more automatic link created
during WMI inspection.
Lower
section of the User form
The lower section of the User form contains:
- The User tab: enabling
to view the user's Windows and Octopus user information.
- The Incidents tab:
enabling to view a user's history of incidents.
- The CI tab: enabling to view a user's associated CIs.
- The Permissions tab:
enabling to view a user’s rights.
