CI views

The left side menu enables you to access several CI views.

The numbers in parentheses indicate the number of CIs contained within the list. All these numbers are updated when you click on the configuration management module icon.

CI Types Favorites

CI types appearing in the first section of the left side menu may be positionned as you wish. It is possible to select the CI types you want to be displayed and also their order. If one type is not selected as a ‘Favorite’, it will appear in the drop down list just under the Favorites.

CI views by type

There exists a list for each type of CI in operation.

In stock

List of all equipment in stock.

Retired

List of all retired CIs.

Under repair

List of all equipment currently under repair.

Computers with WMI error

List of workstations, laptops and servers for which an error has occurred during the latest WMI inspection.

Computers never accessed by WMI

List of workstations, laptops and servers for which there has never been a successful WMI configuration detect.

CIs under a service contract

List of CIs covered by an existing service contract.

CIs under warranty

List of CIs covered by the basic warranty.

CIs with expired warranty

List of CIs for which the warranty has expired.

Leased CIs

List of CIs leased under an existing lease contract.

Non-managed software

List of all software known to be installed on your computers but that are not supported. The “Software” view does not contain non-managed software.

Also, the relationship between a non-managed piece of software and a computer is not displayed.
