View the history of incidents specific to a CI

 

The “Incidents tab contains a view of all incidents having affected a CI.

 

This enables to get a glimpse of all events pertaining to the configuration item and thus make an informed decision as to the following steps to take (ex: is it necessary to replace the device or not, etc.).
