the ITIL-based practice of change management aims to ensure that standardized
methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all
changes, in order to minimize the impact of Change-related Incidents upon
service quality, and consequently to improve the day-to-day operations of the

RFC (Request for Change) views.
This page describes how to input an RFC using the RFC
form.
You may search for an RFC by specifying its ID or by
using a keyword for one of the text fields.
This form enables to view and to manage the detailed
information associated to an RFC.

as well as to show the actions enabling for a transition from one status to
