User training is targeted at assignees from different groups likely to use the main Octopus modules. The goal is that they can use the solfware intuitively, concretely and efficiently.

It is aimed at IT resources and managers, and is an excellent complement to user training, since it helps ensure a better understanding and application of Octopus usage rules. This training links the concepts and functionalities offered by Octopus, introduces a common language, and leads participants to consciously incorporate good IT service management practices into their daily routine.
This training, designed especially for material resource tradespeople, presents a simplified Web application for viewing requests, updating them and viewing all relevant information associated with a request (work completed, equipment list, service contract details, etc.) The training can be done either on a computer or on a tablet.
